Upon receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days, and delivery confirmation will be sent via email. Products are typically delivered within 1-4 working days, depending on the chosen shipping option and any external delays beyond our control. 

Export Restriction

The products offered on this website are available exclusively to clients in South Africa, unless otherwise specified. 

Return and Refunds Policy

The availability of goods and services is subject to change. In cases of unavailability, Bio Harmony will provide a full refund to the client within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 10% administration fee.

The merchant outlet country for payment options is South Africa, and transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR).
