RECOMMENDED USE
1) PRE-LOAD:

Take 1 serving / 1 level scoop (33g) with 200-250ml water, shake or blend, and consume 20-30 minutes prior to activity to load the muscle with free-flowing nutrients and provide an alternative energy source for increased energy levels during training; preserving muscle glycogen & ensuring acute protein synthesis.

3) POST-LOAD:

Take 1 serving / 1 level scoop (33g) with 200-250ml water, shake or blend, consume immediately after activity to ensure replenishment of vital fluids; promote muscle recovery through stimulating of protein synthesis and replenishing glycogen stores; delay- and reduce onset to muscle soreness and help recovery for your next activity bout.
